Job Description
PPG & Associates Federal Credit Union is seeking a Member Service Representative (MSR) to work at our office in Creighton PA. The credit union is seeking someone with good interpersonal, customer service, and cash management skills. Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to: Greet members and/or visitors to the office and answer phones. Perform routine teller transactions and open new accounts. Interact with membership to advise on credit union loan and deposit products that match their financial need and augment their dealings with the credit union. Support members with online services such as online banking, debit & credit cards, bill pay, etc. The qualified high school graduate will present a professional appearance and must be bondable. One to two years of experience in cash handling, customer service or related area preferred but we will train the right candidate. Credit union hours of operation are Monday-Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The position averages 20-25 hours per week.
