Description 27 hours per week including a minimum of 2 Saturdays per month. $18/hour plus $60 bonus for every 3.5-hour Saturday shift worked.
Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Part-Time Teller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers while accurately processing transactions and maintaining a positive banking experience.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and payments
  • Provide information about bank products and services to customers
  • Assist customers with account inquiries and resolve any issues
  • Maintain accurate records of transactions and ensure compliance with bank policies
  • Promote a positive and professional image of the bank
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve branch goals
  • Other duties as assigned
Skills and Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent experience in a banking or financial services environment.; additional education in finance or business is a plus
  • Previous experience in a customer service or banking role preferred
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
  • Proficient in using banking software and technology

Requirements Work Environment:
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
Physical Demands:
This is largely a sedentary role; however, some filing is required. This would require the ability to move files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand as necessary. Must be able to lift/move coin bags, file boxes, deliveries, water jugs weighing up to 50 lbs. This position frequently communicates with customers, co-workers, managers. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
