Loan Processor Responsibilities:

• Review loan applications and ensure all required documents are complete and accurate
• Verify borrower information, employment history, and creditworthiness
• Calculate debt-to-income ratios and evaluate loan eligibility
• Prepare loan files for underwriting and submit to appropriate departments
• Communicate with borrowers, lenders, and other parties involved in the loan process
• Maintain accurate records of loan transactions and update loan status in the system
• Follow up on outstanding items and resolve any issues or discrepancies

Teller Responsibilities:

• Maintaining cash drawer allocation
• Serves members by completing account transactions
• Ensure quality services
• Compile with Bank Secrecy Act
• Opening and closing accounts

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a loan processor/teller or in a similar role within a bank or financial institution
• Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately review and analyze documents
• Proficient in basic math calculations and 10-key typing
• Knowledge of loan processing procedures, regulations, and guidelines
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
