The Finance Director will also lead implementation of the City's Finance Operations Strategic Plan, a comprehensive, multi-year initiative focused on strengthening financial operations, modernizing business processes, improving organizational alignment, and building a sustainable finance function capable of supporting the City's long-term strategic objectives. For an accomplished public-sector finance professional ready to take on broader organizational leadership, this position offers significant responsibility, executive-level exposure, and the opportunity to make a lasting impact on the financial future of a growing community. Implement the Finance Operations Strategic Plan Project.
