Full-Time Job Description:

Johnson-Davis Inc. is seeking a Junior Controller to oversee accounting and financial operations for our underground utilities construction business.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all accounting functions: GL, AP/AR, payroll, and job costing
• Prepare monthly financial statements and oversee close process
• Monitor job costs, budgets, and project profitability
• Work closely with Project Managers, General Superintendent, Superintendents and leadership on forecasts and cost control

Requirements:

• 3 years of Controller or accounting experience
• Strong background in construction accounting (underground utilities preferred)
• Proficiency in accounting systems and Excel
• Experience with HeavyJob
