A growing, privately held company is seeking a Controller to lead its accounting function and partner directly with the CEO. This is an outstanding opportunity for someone looking to step into a strategic leadership role with a clear path to CFO over the next couple of years. Responsibilities Lead day-to-day accounting and financial operations. Oversee month-end close and financial reporting. Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow. Improve financial processes and internal controls. Partner with leadership to drive business performance. Lead and develop the accounting team. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. Controller, Assistant Controller, or Accounting Manager experience.
