Role:
This position is ideal for a finance leader who enjoys variety, values stability, and is motivated by solving complex business challenges across different organizations. You will serve as a trusted resource to clients while advancing your career through diverse engagements. Our company is seeking a Controller to join our Full-Time Engagement Professionals team within our Management Resources practice. In this full-time role, you will support client organizations on critical finance and accounting initiatives, long-term projects, and interim leadership assignments. As a full-time employee of our company, you will bring senior-level financial expertise to a variety of client environments while helping organizations navigate complex business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage day-to-day accounting and finance operations for client engagements. Oversee month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes. Prepare and review financial statements and management reporting. Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities. Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and regulatory requirements. Partner with executive leadership to provide financial insights and recommendations. Drive process improvements, system implementations, and financial transformation initiatives. Support audit readiness, technical accounting, and reporting requirements. Provide leadership during periods of transition, business change, or organizational growth.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field. CPA, CMA, or advanced degree preferred. Progressive experience in accounting and finance leadership, including Controller-level responsibilities. Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and internal controls. Experience with ERP systems, process improvement, and project-based environments preferred. Proven ability to adapt quickly and deliver results in changing client environments. Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
