The Company is a very successful third generatin entrepreneurial culture with a strong outlook.

Key Responsonsibilities:

Oversee tax based accounting/finance operations and internal controls Lead cash flow management, financial analysis and HR, including payroll Manage departmental costing and inventory Furnish financial information to outside accountants for tax reporting No employee direct supervision, but ability to interact with owners and team

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field (CPA preferred) 20+ years of progressive accounting experience, including Controller or senior finance role Quickbooks experience helpful, but not required Excel skills and a good anticipation mindset Able to work alone without direct supervision with timely input to owners

Compensation:

$90,000 - $95,000 base salary + annual and periodic bonuses Health, vision and life insurance with a dental plan option Paid Continuing Education Simple IRA with a Company match Paid time off and holidays
