This position is available immediately and offers flexible part-time or full-time scheduling. The ideal candidate will have strong bookkeeping and construction accounting experience, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple financial responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable Process payroll and handle in-house payroll functions Maintain daily bookkeeping and financial records Track project job costs including labor, materials, and subcontractors Process invoices and payments Prepare monthly financial reports including P&L statements and balance sheets Reconcile bank accounts and credit cards Communication between multiple banks Knowledge of intercompany billing Perform month-end closings and general ledger reconciliations Manage insurance documentation including health, workers' compensation, general liability, and auto coverage Assist with tax filings and year-end reporting Support human resources functions and maintain HR records Qualifications 3-5 years of accounting or advanced bookkeeping experience Construction accounting experience preferred Knowledge of accrual accounting Experience with Foundation Software (required) Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, and
