While we have a strong focus on women's health, we regularly treat pain, stress/anxiety, and internal medicine. Our clinic setting is peaceful and calm, but we still laugh lots. This is a part-time, employee position. Pay is commission based, with room for a semi-yearly bonus. We treat 2 patients per hour, so you will have plenty of time to get to know each person that comes in for care. You will be responsible for assessing patient needs and developing comprehensive treatment plans. A large component of the care we provide here is creating relationships with our patients through deep listening and holding space for emotional needs.
We will offer you: Training and ongoing collaboration with senior acupuncturist Paid sick leave Patient referrals: evenings and weekends are our most in-demand shifts Office staff to support you during shifts Paid office liability insurance A nurturing, respectful place to learn and work Hourly pay of $20 per hour, plus $50 per patient treatment commission pay. Responsibilities:
Patient care, diagnosis and acupuncture treatment for in-clinic and home visits Patient communication: email, phone calls and texts as needed Patient retention, encouraging reviews and referrals from patients Networking with other practitioners to promote your practice at Full Moon Acupuncture Marketing, including social media Degree from an accredited acupuncture school California state license Provide your own Malpractice Insurance Keep licenses and CEU requirements active and current. We are currently looking to fill two shifts a week within these times, including at least one evening shift, with the potential to increase in the future:Monday:
