Job Description

Job description: Revive Acupuncture is a reputable fertility and pain management acupuncture clinic in Fremont, CA. Additionally, we offer functional medicine, clinical nutrition, dry needling, laser therapy, microneedling, and massage. Our mission is to provide personalized care that promotes overall health and well-being through holistic medicine. We are seeking a compassionate, dedicated, reliable, and highly skilled California licensed acupuncturist to join our team of acupuncture providers. Our clinic is fully renovated and in a beautiful shopping center in the Mission District of Fremont. Ideally, we hope to find a provider with experience in pain management and also an ABORM-certified practitioner as we work closely with

CCRM IVF

in Menlo Park.

Available shifts:

Available shifts include the following: Saturday 6hrs, Monday 8 hrs, Tuesday 6hrs, Thursday 8hrs

Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough initial consultations to assess patients' health status and determine appropriate treatment plans. Perform acupuncture treatments to address a variety of health conditions, including infertility, pain management, stress reduction, and overall wellness. Maintain detailed and accurate patient records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and outcomes. Educate patients on the benefits of acupuncture and recommend lifestyle modifications to support their treatment goals. Collaborate with other healthcare providers on our team and in the Fremont area, such as physicians and physical therapists, to ensure comprehensive patient care. Stay current with advancements in acupuncture techniques and research to continuously improve treatment outcomes.

Requirements:

Master's degree or higher in Traditional Chinese Medicine. Current state acupuncture license. Malpractice insurance. ABORM certified (ideally). Experience with pain management. A minimum of 2 years of work experience in a busy acupuncture practice. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. Compassionate and patient-centered approach to healthcare.

Benefits:

Pay per patient at $41-$44.50 per patient (depending on your experience) with yearly raises available depending on performance. Our providers typically see two patients per hour, which means the hourly pay is approximately $82-$89 per hour . Providers who are at the maximum pay who maintain a full schedule for all available shifts (26 hours per week) can expect to earn approximately $110,000 per year. 401k is available for providers who work over 1,000 hours year. The 401k benefits include a minimum of 3% of your annual salary added to a 401k account in your name that is managed by a fiduciary Investor. Paid vacation and medical benefits are available for providers who work over 30 hours per week. We may have additional shifts coming available in the future if you are interested in working 30+ hours and receiving paid vacation and medical benefits.
