We are looking for a passionate Licensed Acupuncturist to join our tight-knit, multi-disciplinary crew. While this role initially helps cover maternity leave starting in December , we are looking for a long-term team member who wants to build their practice and stay on even after our colleague returns! . Deliver expert acupuncture treatments focusing on holistic health and wellness. Conduct thorough patient assessments and create personalized treatment plans. Integrate Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) with conventional medicine to offer comprehensive care, including dietary and lifestyle guidance. Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team in a safe and supportive environment.
For bilingual candidates:
Build strong patient relationships by engaging in both English and Spanish, ensuring clear communication and a comfortable experience. To ensure compliance with California state law, the following are required: Licensed Acupuncturist in the State of California (Required) . Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a commitment to patient-centered care. A passion for promoting holistic health and wellness. Skilled in building and maintaining a steady, loyal patient population, supporting individuals through short-term treatment plans and long-term acupuncture care. An accountable, growth-minded professional who thrives on taking initiative, driving patient retention, and contributing to the clinic's overall success Willingness to obtain credentialing with select insurance providers.
Preferred Expertise:
Proficiency in both English and Spanish (written and spoken). Interest in pursuing specialty certifications such as Fertility, Pregnancy, Orthopedic, or Neuroscience Acupuncture.
Availability:
We are flexible and offer 4-hour, 8-hour, and 10-hour shifts, day/evening shifts, and the option to choose hours that fit your lifestyle. We have a particular need for coverage on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays .
Work Location:
