This is not a position with a guaranteed full schedule. We are looking for someone who understands that developing a successful practice requires initiative, follow-up, relationship-building, community outreach, and excellent patient retention. We will provide professional treatment locations, administrative infrastructure, established branding, and opportunities for collaboration—but the right practitioner must be motivated to help generate and grow the business. This is an excellent opportunity for a clinician who wants greater independence and long-term growth without starting entirely from scratch. Responsibilities Provide high-quality acupuncture treatments in Sunny Isles Beach and Brickell Develop individualized treatment plans and clearly communicate recommendations Build and maintain strong patient relationships Follow up with prospective and existing patients Participate in marketing, networking, community outreach, and corporate wellness events Develop referral relationships with physicians, wellness professionals, residential communities, and local businesses Help convert new inquiries and event participants into ongoing patients Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation Contribute ideas and take an active role in growing the practice The Right Candidate Is Clinically skilled, confident, and professional Entrepreneurial and genuinely interested in building a practice Comfortable promoting their services and developing referral relationships Strong at communicating treatment value and encouraging continuity of care Proactive, dependable, organized, and responsive Able to work independently without waiting for a schedule to be created for them Interested in developing a meaningful long-term role as the practice grows Experience in pain management, sports medicine, electro-acupuncture, fertility, women's health, rehabilitation, facial rejuvenation, herbal medicine, injection therapy, or other advanced modalities is highly valued. Requirements Active Florida Acupuncture Physician license in good standing Professional liability insurance Strong clinical, communication, and relationship-building skills Willingness to work at both Sunny Isles Beach and Brickell Evening and/or weekend availability is strongly preferred Previous practice-building, marketing, networking, or business-development experience is a significant advantage Compensation Compensation will depend on clinical experience, advanced skills, availability, business-development ability, and the level of responsibility assumed. This role offers significant growth potential for a practitioner who successfully develops and retains a patient base.
