Step into a full-time W-2 role (with visit-based bonus) in an established acupuncture clinic with steady patient flow, strong referral relationships, and room to grow your role over time.

This is a rare opportunity to work within a fully operational, established, in-demand practice . Here you can begin seeing patients without having to build everything from scratch, while also having the autonomy to grow your clinical focus and shape your long-term path within the practice.

ABOUT THE PRACTICE

Common Ground Wellness is a long-standing, referral-driven acupuncture clinic with a strong reputation in the Louisville community. The practice includes both general acupuncture care and a significant focus on women's health and fertility, with established referral relationships from reproductive endocrinologists and fertility clinics . (

Note:

Women's health and fertility experience is a plus, though not required, and can be developed over time.) Patients come for fertility, pregnancy, and postpartum support, alongside a broad range of other conditions including pain, digestive issues, autoimmune concerns, and stress-related conditions. The clinic has been thoughtfully built over many years and continues to generate consistent demand through word-of-mouth, physician referrals, and a strong local presence.

THE OPPORTUNITY

You will be stepping into a professionally run, fully equipped clinic with an existing patient base and steady inbound demand . The current owner has intentionally maintained a limited schedule, which means there is substantial unmet demand and immediate opportunity to grow your patient volume . This role is ideal for an acupuncturist who wants to: Step into a thriving practice without starting from zero Earn a competitive salary with additional bonuses tied to patient volume Further build a client base to meet unmet demand in the city and expand income Work in a calm, supportive, and well-established environment Develop their own specialties and clinical style over time You will serve as the primary acupuncturist at the current clinic location , with the owner remaining involved in the broader practice and available for onboarding, training, and ongoing support. WHAT WE PROVIDE

Established patient base with consistent new patient flow Strong referral network (including fertility clinics and physicians) Fully furnished, recently renovated treatment rooms - a lovely setting! Acupuncture supplies and infrastructure provided Existing systems for scheduling, marketing, and operations Opportunity to host workshops or classes if desired $52,000 base salary Performance bonuses after visit threshold is reached $200/month health insurance stipend Fertility / ABORM-focused CEU reimbursement Paid time off This is a cash-based practice (insurance free) , allowing for simplicity in operations and a focus on quality of care rather than insurance billing.

CLINIC ENVIRONMENT

We prioritize thoughtful, individualized care and typically see approximately two patients per hour, allowing time for meaningful connection and treatment planning. Treatments may include acupuncture, herbal medicine, lifestyle guidance, and adjunct therapies such as cupping and moxibustion.

IDEAL CANDIDATE

License-eligible or licensed acupuncturist in Kentucky In good standing with NCCAOM Warm, communicative, and patient-centered Self-motivated and comfortable taking ownership of their work Interested in building a sustainable, long-term clinical practice Experience or interest in women's health and fertility is a strong plus, though not required. Support in developing this specialty may be available for the right candidate.

ADDITIONAL EXPECTATIONS

Maintain malpractice insurance Assist with light administrative tasks (patient check-in/out, phone) Participate in occasional community outreach or events Maintain continuing education
