The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in acupuncture, women's health, prenatal and fertility, pain management, and patient care, with a strong background in physiology and anatomy. As a Lead Acupuncturist, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional treatment plans, supervising clinical operations, and educating patients on holistic health practices. This position offers an opportunity to lead a dedicated team while providing top-tier acupuncture services to our diverse patient community. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including physical examinations and medical history reviews, to develop personalized treatment plans. Perform acupuncture treatments utilizing techniques such as trigger point therapy, moxibustion, castor packs, pulse assessment, and other advanced modalities for acute and chronic pain management. Apply aseptic techniques to ensure patient safety and prevent infections during procedures. Utilize knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology to inform clinical decisions and communicate effectively with patients and healthcare teams. Manage patient service experiences by providing compassionate care, education on treatment options, and follow-up support. Supervise and mentor junior acupuncturists and support staff to maintain high standards of clinical practice. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, safety protocols, and clinic policies at all times. Stay current with advancements in acupuncture techniques and integrate evidence-based practices into patient care. Qualifications Valid certification in CPR (CPR Certification) and Basic Life Support (BLS Certification). Proven expertise in women's health, acute pain management, moxibustion, trigger point therapy, and pain relief modalities. Strong background in patient assessment, physical examinations, and medical terminology related to holistic health practices. Knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and aseptic techniques essential for safe practice. Excellent patient service skills with a focus on patient care and education. Prior experience leading clinical teams or supervising staff is preferred but not required. Commitment to maintaining high standards of professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical practice. This role is ideal for a dedicated acupuncturist passionate about advancing holistic health solutions while leading a team committed to excellence in patient care.
Pay:
