Responsibilities Greet patients and visitors warmly, creating a welcoming and professional atmosphere Lead acquisition and New Patient onboarding Manage patient check-in and check-out processes efficiently using Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems Schedule appointments, confirm bookings, and handle patient inquiries with clarity and enthusiasm Assist practitioners with basic clinical tasks such as taking vital signs, managing schedules and preparing treatment rooms Support administrative duties including billing, insurance verification, and maintaining accurate medical records Ensure clinic cleanliness and organization of common spaces Communicate effectively with patients regarding treatment procedures, medication instructions, and follow-up care Experience Prior experience in medical administrative support or front desk roles within healthcare settings is preferred Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and pharmacology enhances patient interactions is great, but not necessary - training is provided and paid!
