Type:
Full time |
Compensation:
Commission based About The PRO₂COL The PRO₂COL is a category defining medspa and recovery facility in Nashville that integrates modern medicine, advanced technology, and intentional design. We don't chase trends and we don't sell quick fixes.
We build protocols:
personalized, precise, and repeatable. Our members come to us for hyperbaric oxygen, HOCATT ozone sauna, the Theta Chamber, Class IV laser, shockwave therapy, red light and PEMF, contrast therapy, IV therapy, and functional health care. Acupuncture is the connective tissue between all of it, and we are looking for the practitioner who will own it. The Role You will build and lead the acupuncture practice at The PRO₂COL from the ground up. This is not a room where you run points in isolation. You will sit inside a multi modal system, working alongside our functional medicine provider, nurse injectors, and recovery team to design treatment sequences that actually compound. Think acupuncture paired with HBOT for post surgical recovery. Points sequenced before a HOCATT session. Nervous system regulation ahead of a Theta Chamber protocol. If you have ever wanted access to this caliber of technology alongside your needles, this is that seat. What You'll Do Perform acupuncture treatments including traditional, auricular, electroacupuncture, and cosmetic acupuncture based on your training and scope Conduct thorough intakes and assessments, and treatment planning rooted in root cause thinking Design multi session protocols rather than one off appointments, with clear objectives and measurable progress Collaborate with our functional health provider on shared clients, including lab informed and hormone informed treatment planning Integrate acupuncture into existing PRO₂COL protocols for recovery, pain, sleep, stress, fertility, digestion, and performance Offer complementary modalities where licensed and qualified, such as cupping, gua sha, moxibustion, and herbal recommendations Educate clients on the why behind their protocol in language that is clear and never preachy Contribute to member retention through consistent rebooking, package enrollment, and honest follow up Maintain accurate, compliant documentation in our practice management system Participate in content and education efforts, including practitioner spotlights and treatment explainers for our channels Uphold room readiness, sanitation, and the standard of hospitality our members expect Qualifications Required Active Tennessee acupuncture license, or eligibility to obtain licensure prior to start date NCCAOM certification Master's or Doctorate in Acupuncture or Oriental Medicine from an ACAHM accredited program Current professional liability insurance Clean needle technique certification CPR certification Preferred Two or more years in private practice, integrative clinic, or performance and recovery setting Experience in a membership or concierge model Working familiarity with functional medicine, peptides, or regenerative therapies Training in cosmetic acupuncture, facial rejuvenation, or microneedling Herbal medicine credentialing Comfort building a book of business and speaking to your own results Who Thrives Here You are credible without being clinical and warm without being casual. You explain your reasoning. You are curious about what the technology in the building can do for your patients, and you are willing to learn systems that did not exist when you trained. You want ownership of a practice, not a shift. You are not the right fit if you need a full schedule handed to you on day one, or if you would rather work in a silo than in a team. Compensation and Benefits Tiered commission on service revenue that scales as your volume grows Additional commission on retail, herbal, and supplement sales Package and membership enrollment incentives No lease, no overhead, no equipment cost to you Complimentary access to PRO₂COL services and recovery modalities Discounted functional health membership and professional grade supplements Marketing, front desk, scheduling, and booking support provided in house Continuing education support Flexible scheduling built around the days you want to work Earning potential is directly tied to the practice you build. Our top performing practitioners operate at six figures.
