This is a leadership-level position designed for a highly skilled practitioner who demonstrates mastery in acupuncture techniques, comprehensive patient assessment, and integrated treatment protocols. The ideal candidate will bring not only technical excellence but also a commitment to clinical innovation, patient education, and the advancement of acupuncture practice within our clinic and the broader healthcare community. Key Responsibilities Clinical Assessment & Diagnosis Conduct comprehensive patient consultations, gathering detailed health histories and performing thorough TCM assessments to identify the root causes of physical pain and psychological conditions. Synthesize presenting symptoms with constitutional patterns to develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans. Diagnose a wide range of conditions, including chronic pain, musculoskeletal disorders, hypertension, anxiety, depression, insomnia, and other acute and chronic health concerns. Required Qualifications Licensure & Credentials :

Valid state acupuncture license; passing score on the NCCAOM (National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine) examination or equivalent

Clinical Experience :

Minimum 5+ years of full-time clinical acupuncture practice with demonstrated expertise in treating complex and chronic conditions

Advanced Training :

Advanced or Master's level training in Traditional Chinese Medicine, acupuncture, or Oriental Medicine from an accredited institution

Anatomical Knowledge :
