We are currently hiring for:
Acupuncture Assistant Client Experience Coordinator (Front Desk Rockstar) If you are compassionate, dependable, organized, and love helping people, we'd love to hear from you. Our Acupuncture Assistant is an essential part of the client care team, creating a calm, caring, and exceptional experience for every client. You will support both the provider and the client by helping treatments flow smoothly, preparing treatment rooms, assisting with clinical and administrative duties, answering questions within your scope, and ensuring our clients feel welcomed, comfortable, and supported throughout their care. Duties Client Care Support Welcome and assist clients throughout their visit. Clinical Operations Prepare, clean, and sanitize treatment rooms. Maintain treatment supplies and linens. Follow all safety, sanitation, and infection-control procedures. Assist with clinic opening and closing duties. Laboratory & Administrative Support Order laboratory tests requested by providers. Monitor outstanding lab orders and results. Upload lab results into the electronic health record. Maintain paper charts according to clinic policy. Assist with scheduling, appointment confirmations, and client communication. Process payments and maintain accurate records. Team Support Cross-train on Client Experience Coordinator responsibilities and assist at the front desk when needed. Support workshops, community events, and internal marketing efforts. Participate in daily huddles and team meetings. Contribute to a positive, collaborative clinic culture. Escort clients to treatment rooms and assist with intake paperwork. Obtain vital signs and measurements. Prepare clients for treatment and monitor comfort. Assist providers with real-time documentation and treatment notes in the electronic health record (EHR). Reinforce post-treatment instructions and follow-up recommendations. Help clients understand treatment schedules and next steps. Qualifications We're Looking for
Someone Who:
Genuinely enjoys helping people. Preferred Experience (Not Required) Healthcare, chiropractic, acupuncture, wellness, or medical office experience. Customer service experience. Experience with scheduling software or electronic health records. Interest in holistic health and natural medicine. Has excellent communication and customer service skills. Is dependable, punctual, and organized. Learns quickly and pays attention to detail. Remains calm and positive in a fast-paced environment. Takes initiative and follows through. Enjoys working as part of a team. Wants to grow personally and professionally. Is committed to creating a 5-star experience for every client.
