Job Description

Vital Sleep Care is seeking a mid-level provider (CRNP or PA-C) with at least two years of experience in Sleep Medicine to work alongside Dr. Leelasri Vanguru. Dr. Vanguru is a board-certified physician specializing in diagnosis and treatment of sleep disorders. At least 2 years of experience in primary care or Sleep Medicine is a must.

Pay:

$50.00 per hour
