Job Summary We are seeking a passionate, dependable, and client focus Head Spa Specialist to join our luxury wellness team. We specialize in elevated Japanese-inspired scalp and relaxation treatments designed to provide a calming high- end experinence for every guest. The ideal candidate is someone who loves wellness, self-care, scalp health, and creating exceptional customer experiences. Duties Perform specialized Japanese head spa treatments utilizing authentic techniques to promote relaxation and scalp health Assess clients' scalp and hair conditions to recommend personalized treatment plans Maintain a clean, organized treatment area adhering to health and safety standards Educate clients on scalp care routines and product recommendations for ongoing wellness Deliver exceptional customer service with professionalism and care Help create a peaceful and luxury spa environment and experience Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of spa rooms and equipment

Qualifications:

Arizona cosmetology or licensed esthetician preferred Positive attitude and strong work ethic Professional appearance and communication skills Passion for wellness and luxury guest experince Ability to work evenings and weekends
