We are looking for a team player looking to work hard, be proactive, and grow with the company. Applicant must be willing to travel as most of our clients are located in the county of Broward and residing in cities near our office located in Fort Lauderdale, FL. Some consults will also take place in the office. You will start as a part-time contractor while growing caseload and get established on our participating insurance panels. The potential for a full-time schedule is likely as our practice is quickly expanding, it all depends on YOU. Next Step Community Mental Health is developing new relationships with local insurance panels and growing organically within the community. We are looking for someone to grow with us as we expand and become part of a team with great growth potential!

Schedule:

8:00 am

•4:00 pm (In-Person/Telehealth) 9:00 am

•5:00 pm (In-Person/Telehealth)

Essential Responsibilities:

Meeting with clients scheduled for 60 minute sessions. Complete standard documentation requirements within 48 hours of appointment on company EHR. Communicating with the Admissions department on your schedule. Communicating with clients between sessions if/as needed for scheduling issues. Complies with all rules, directives, policies, procedures, and protocols. Emphasis on children and adolescents 6-18 years old. Other duties as assigned.

Pay Structure:

Intern Contractor rate will be $30.00

•35.00 hourly. Licensed Contractor rate will be $37.00

•40.00 hourly.

•$35.00 per hour
