We are currently seeking a motivated, compassionate Licensed Therapist to join our clinic on a 1099 independent contractor basis. This is an ideal opportunity for clinicians who are passionate about building long-term client relationships and expanding their clinical skills — including interest in Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP).

KETAMINE-ASSISTED PSYCHOTHERAPY

(KAP) Our clinic is actively integrating KAP into our services, and we are looking for therapists who share our enthusiasm for this emerging and evidence-informed modality. If you are already trained in KAP — or have a strong interest in pursuing training — we want to hear from you. Work alongside our team in a coordinated KAP care model Support provided for clinicians pursuing KAP training and certification Be part of shaping our integrative mental health program from the ground up

REQUIREMENTS

Active, unrestricted licensure in

Iowa:

LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, or Psychologist Minimum 1 year of post-licensure clinical experience preferred Strong therapeutic foundation with individual, couples, or family therapy Reliable, professional, and committed to ethical, client-centered care Comfortable working independently within a collaborative team setting Interest or experience in KAP, trauma-informed care, or integrative approaches a plus
