Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Reflexologist to join our team in delivering holistic therapeutic services to our patients. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in massage therapy and specialized reflexology techniques, with a commitment to enhancing patient well-being through targeted foot, hand, and ear treatments. Responsibilities Perform professional reflexology sessions, focusing on specific pressure points to alleviate pain and improve circulation. Conduct thorough patient assessments to tailor treatments according to individual needs and health conditions. Utilize various massage techniques such as Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and sports massage to enhance therapeutic outcomes. Maintain detailed records of patient treatments, progress, and responses to therapy. Educate patients on self-care practices and the benefits of reflexology for ongoing health management. Adhere strictly to health and safety protocols, including CPR certification and proper sanitation procedures. Collaborate with healthcare team members to integrate reflexology into comprehensive patient care plans. Skills Extensive experience in patient service with a focus on holistic therapies. Proficiency in trigger point therapy, prenatal massage, and other specialized massage techniques. Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to therapeutic massage. Excellent client communication skills with an empathetic approach to patient care. Ability to perform thorough patient assessments and adapt treatments accordingly. Familiarity with occupational health standards and med spa practices is advantageous. Prior experience in pain management, sports therapy, or occupational health settings is preferred.
