We are an amazing, supportive environment for women to work out, and we are looking for someone whose passion for fitness shines as brightly as ours. The role involves approximately 15 hours of personal training and 10-15 hours of administrative work, which includes nutrition follow-ups, weekly staff meetings, and keeping our software up to date.

Key responsibilities include:

• Instructing and demonstrating proper exercise techniques.
• Providing ongoing motivation and support to clients throughout their fitness journey.
• Monitoring progress and adjusting workout plans accordingly.
• Educating clients on nutrition and healthy lifestyle choices.
• Maintaining a clean and safe workout environment.

The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and body mechanics, along with the ability to design effective workout programs.
