We welcome clinicians who are looking for full-time employment. Priority is given to clinicians who have an interest in working with a variety of clients and are willing to work evening and weekend hours.

Ideal Candidates should have:

a current Mi License in the LARA system (LMSW, LLP, LPC )
good diagnostic and therapeutic skills
proficiency at building long-term therapeutic rapport with patients
foundational knowledge of clinical skills and treatment planning
comfort providing in-person and/or virtual therapy services
comfort sharing office space with other clinicians
eagerness to grow as a clinician
good communication and time management skills
ability to work independently and be organized
interest in being part of a group practice
proficiency with computers and computer-based programs for record-keeping, scheduling, etc.
high level of professionalism

Compensation:

Clinicians are paid on commission with a fee-split ranging from 60-70% (1099 Independent Contractor). Pay is variable and is based on patient's insurance, ability to maintain relationships with patients, number of patients a clinician wants to see each week, clinician's experience, and other factors.
