BodyBing Tanning (Sun - Spray - Spa) is more than just a tanning salon, we're a locally owned wellness destination focused on helping our guests look and feel their best. Along with premium tanning, we offer spray tanning, red light therapy, and wellness services in a clean, modern, and welcoming environment. We're looking for outgoing, dependable individuals who enjoy meeting new people, love working in a fast-paced environment, and take pride in delivering an exceptional customer experience. No tanning salon experience? No problem! We provide paid training and will teach you everything you need to know. What You'll Do Welcome guests and create an outstanding first impression Educate guests on our tanning, spray tanning, and wellness services Recommend memberships, lotions, and retail products that fit each guest's needs Deliver exceptional customer service while building relationships with our members Keep the salon clean, organized, and inviting Open and close the salon Create a fun, positive atmosphere every day Many of our members visit us multiple times each week, so building relationships and creating a welcoming environment is a huge part of what makes BodyBing different. What We're Looking For We're searching for someone who is: Friendly and genuinely enjoys talking with people Reliable and consistently on time Comfortable recommending products and memberships A quick learner with a positive attitude A team player who enjoys staying busy Organized, motivated, and takes pride in a clean workplace Eager to learn and grow Scheduling Requirements We're currently hiring part-time team members (approximately 15-20 hours per week). Scheduling flexibility is important since we're a small team. Applicants should be available to work a combination of: Opening shifts (approximately 10:00 AM-3:00 PM) Closing shifts (approximately 3:00 PM-9:00 PM) Rotating weekends This posting is primarily for our Shelby Township location, although applicants should be willing to work at both our Shelby Township and Troy salons when needed. Paid training will take place at our Shelby Township location.
Applicants must:
