We encourage therapist development in a highly supportive setting that promotes professional growth, pursuit of passions, and work/life balance while providing the highest quality of mental health services to a broad range of individuals, couples, and families. We are looking for full and/or part time licensed therapists (LP, LMFT, LPCC, LICSW) to join our dynamic team of providers. Part-time begins with 10 clinical hours per week and full time at 20 clinical hours per week. We maintain a relaxed, thoughtful, collaborative work environment with a split dependent on hours and location.

Full or Part-Time Licensed Therapist:

Fully licensed in the state of Minnesota (LP, LICSW, LMFT, LPCC) Have, or willing to secure, professional malpractice and liability insurance Commitment to embracing a diverse clientele Commitment to scheduling a minimum of 10 client hours per week Five plus years experience Preference given to individuals who will see children and couples Preference given to individuals who will work afternoons and evenings The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, ethical, passional about providing meaningful interventions, and have an interest in collaborating with a team of therapists.
