At Restore Counseling & Therapy, we're a trauma-informed, relationship-focused group practice committed to providing high-quality, meaningful care—not high-volume, burnout-driven work. We serve private-pay clients who are engaged, motivated, and seeking meaningful change. As our practice continues to grow, we're looking for a Therapist who values depth, collaboration, and ongoing clinical development, particularly in trauma work, couples work, and teens. About the Role The ideal candidate has experience working with teens and/or couples and is comfortable supporting clients through a range of relational concerns including traumatic experiences, communication difficulties, conflict, life transitions, infidelity recovery, and anxiety. We are especially interested in clinicians who have training in Emotionally Focused Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and/or Somatic Therapy, or who are actively pursuing certification in these approaches. Our ideal candidate is excited about working in a group environment, and values continued clinical growth and collaboration with other clinicians. Responsibilities Provide individual, teen, and couples therapy sessions in person and/or via telehealth Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation Collaborate regularly with our team of therapists Willingness to engage in paid community outreach•speaking, networking, etc Maintain ethical and professional standards of care Qualifications Licensed or provisionally licensed therapist in North Carolina (LCMHC(A), L(A)MFT, or similar) Strong interpersonal and clinical skills A genuine desire to help others and a deep commitment to client-centered care Passion for relational and attachment-focused work Interest, experience and/or training in trauma-informed approaches (somatic therapy, EMDR, etc) Experience working with couples and/or relationship issues Availability for some evening or weekend hours preferred
