Your Role in Our Space Provide supervised therapy to individuals, couples, and families Support treatment planning grounded in clinical best practices Participate in reflective supervision and case consultation Conduct intake assessments under clinical guidance Contribute to group work, workshops, or wellness offerings as appropriate Grow steadily in confidence, competence, and clinical presence What You Step Into at Selah-Vee A calm, intentionally designed healing environment Supervision that is supportive, present, and growth-oriented A team culture rooted in respect, collaboration, and care Space to develop your clinical voice without pressure or burnout Flexible structure that honors your life outside the office Access to integrative wellness offerings within the practice What We Are Looking For Active CPC Intern or MFT Intern registration in Nevada A sincere calling toward clinical work and human healing Openness to learning, supervision, and professional growth Alignment with trauma-informed, client-centered care Interest in integrative or holistic approaches to wellness A grounded presence and strong relational capacity Compensation & Structure W-2 part-time position with pathway to growth $50-$60 billable rate (intern structure dependent on caseload and licensure track) Secondary clinical supervision included Complimentary monthly spa services Opportunity for expanded hours and long-term role development A Note From Selah-Vee We do not just build caseloads here—we build clinicians.
