We are an alternative nutrition and healing practice located in East Hampton. We work independently with clients to help them heal from various health conditions and create optimal health. We design custom nutrition protocols, provide coaching and support, and deliver cutting-edge detoxification therapies to achieve these results. Working hours range from 14-21 hours per week. The schedule can be flexible, but ideally spans three consecutive days. Candidates should live within a 10-20 minute commute from the office.

Responsibilities include:

Assisting the primary practitioner during appointments, which includes assisting in the room with clients during sessions. Some training is required. This position requires that you are rested and well when arriving for work each day. Preparation of client protocols during appointments - involves typing and filing. Preparation of the office for daily appointments, keeping the office clean, vacuuming as needed, etc. Reception duties including answering phones, scheduling appointments, interacting with clients on arrival, and securing payment at the end of the appointment. Receiving and unpacking the new products, restocking products, processing of PO's through the POS system, etc.

Ideal Candidates should:

Have a genuine and pleasant demeanor. Enjoy working with people. Be alert, focused, and comfortable working one-on-one with clients. Be punctual and reliable. Have attention to detail. Preferably have knowledge of Mac computer systems, Word, Excel and good computer skills.
