PALS Lice Treatment & Removal is looking for friendly, dependable team members to join our growing company. We provide professional head lice screenings and treatments in a clean, supportive, family-friendly environment. No previous lice experience is necessary—we provide paid training. This position is ideal for someone looking for flexible part-time work during afternoons, evenings, and weekends. What You'll Do Welcome and care for children and their families Perform professional lice screenings and treatments (paid training provided) Educate families on treatment and prevention Maintain a clean, organized treatment room Provide exceptional customer service during what can be a stressful time for families Occasionally work at either our Virginia Beach or Norfolk clinic Availability Open availability during afternoons and evenings (generally between 3:00 PM and 11:00 PM) Some weekend on call availability is required Appointment-based scheduling, so you are not scheduled the entire time during these hours What We're Looking For You genuinely enjoy working with children Friendly, compassionate, and professional Excellent customer service skills Dependable with reliable transportation Detail-oriented and able to follow procedures Comfortable working independently after training Experience in childcare, teaching, customer service, salons, cosmetology, medical offices, healthcare, hospitality, or similar fields is a plus—but not required.
