Overview Join our dynamic mental health team as an Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) Therapist, where you will play a vital role in delivering compassionate, evidence-based care to individuals facing mental health/addiction challenges. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a collaborative environment, utilizing your clinical expertise to support clients through therapy, crisis management, and treatment planning. Your dedication will help foster recovery, resilience, and hope for diverse populations. Responsibilities/Requirements Master's degree required in Counseling, Social Work, or related field. Job duties include but not limited to: Facilitate group therapy weekly Facilitate individual therapy with each client Facilitate family therapy as needed Consult with outside agencies as needed to the benefit of the individual Maintain current documentation of services in clinical records Complete all chart work as scheduled Adhere to all agency and program requirements Participate in all staff and agency meetings, to include treatment team meetings Be punctual while performing all duties Work collaboratively with other treatment team staff Establish a positive professional rapport with administrative staff and outside agencies
