inFlow Therapy is seeking a skilled and passionate trauma-focused Therapist/ (Art, Music, Dance) Therapist to join a growing group practice. As a therapist on this team you will provide trauma-focused therapy services to individuals (adults, teens and children), families, and/or groups. You will work with clients to address their struggles, create effective treatment plans for short term and long terms goals for healing, all while nurturing and developing a secure therapeutic relationship. You will be a part of the growth of a small group practice, working closer with the founder, where your input, energy, passion and enthusiasm for trauma-focused work is valued, respected, and nurtured so you can grow professionally.
Duties:
Conduct assessments to evaluate clients' needs
Develop and implement personalized treatment plans
Provide individual, couples, family, and/or group therapy sessions
Utilize various trauma-informed therapeutic techniques and modalities based on client needs
Attend weekly supervision with supervisor, and any other necessary meetings
Participant in trainings to stay up-to-date with the the most effective trauma treatments
Maintain accurate and confidential client records
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients
Adhere to ethical guidelines and maintain professional boundaries
Provide crisis intervention when necessary
Experience:
To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications and experience:
Master's degree in Counseling or a related field
Valid licensure LCAT or LMHC (may be accepted), (ATR-BC/MT-BC/DM-TBC)
Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and ability to maintain strict confidentiality
Proficiency in terminology related to mental health conditions for accurate note taking
Experience in trauma focused therapy practices including; art therapy/expressive arts therapies, EMDR, somatic therapy, IFS, schema therapy, CBT/DBT, attachment/relational approaches, and more
Ability to conduct patient assessments and develop appropriate treatment plans
Experience in trauma treatment, treatment of anxiety/anixety disorders, and depression, and other expertise is welcome in the areas of gender identity/sexuality, cultural/religious, trauma, eating disorders, OCD, mood disorders, personality disorders and more.

We offer competitive fee for service rates based on experience starting at $70/hr up to $75/hr, opportunities for professional role growth within the practice, and paid yearly stipends for future trainings.
