We are seeking a compassionate, skilled and flexible PRN Licensed Professional Counselor or Associate (LPC/LPC-A), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist or Associate (LMFT/LMFT-A), or Licensed Clinical (or Master) Social Worker (LCSW/LMSW) to join our team. You will be providing comprehensive therapeutic services in our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP). The successful candidate will facilitate group therapy sessions (up to 4.5 hours), provide crisis interventions, and complete clinical documentation. Shifts will vary between locations and times as we offer both morning and evening programming throughout DFW.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct group therapy sessions for adults/adolescents in the PHP and IOP settings, fostering a supportive and therapeutic environment. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Evaluate clients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary. Provide crisis intervention as needed and maintain a safe group therapy environment. Document all therapy sessions and client interactions in accordance with professional standards and regulatory requirements. Participate in ongoing professional development and training to ensure the delivery of high-quality therapeutic services.
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field. Current state licensure as an LPC/LPC-A, LMFT/LMFT-A, or
LCSW/LMSW
(or equivalent). Experience in group therapy facilitation, preferably within a PHP/IOP setting or HLOC. Strong understanding of evidence-based therapeutic modalities and interventions. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Commitment to ethical practice and adherence to professional and regulatory standards.
