Secondary School Athletics About the Opportunity ATvantage is seeking a BOC Certified Athletic Trainer for a flexible Core Coverage role in the San Diego region. This event-driven position is perfect for ATs looking for supplemental income and schedule flexibility without the commitment of a traditional, rigid daily routine. Maintain your clinical skills and support student-athletes on a schedule that fits your lifestyle. What You'll Do Provide primary medical coverage for scheduled games, tournaments, and high-risk practices. Serve as the on-site healthcare professional for acute injuries, illnesses, and emergencies. Evaluate and triage injuries, making immediate return-to-play and referral decisions. Communicate injury updates effectively with coaches, parents, and school personnel. Complete timely documentation for all patient encounters.
