Audiology Externship 2027-2028 Hearing Services West - Los Alamitos, CA Hearing Services West, a well-established, Audiology-owned private practice serving the community for over 30 years, is excited to offer an Audiology Externship position for the 2027-2028 academic year. We are seeking a motivated extern eager to gain hands-on clinical experience in hearing and balance services. This is also a great opportunity for a candidate interested in learning about business management of a private practice including billing, marketing, accounting and operations. About the Externship Externs will have the opportunity to learn and refine skills in: Conducting audiometric evaluations (audiograms) Tympanometry Otoacoustic emissions (OAEs) Tinnitus evaluations and treatment Vestibular evaluations (VNG, Caloric, VEMPS) and treatment Hearing aid fittings, verification, and follow-up care Pediatric and Adults Patient counseling and education What We're Looking For We are seeking a candidate who is: Excited to learn in a fast-paced clinical environment Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented Eager to develop strong clinical and patient-care skills A strong communicator and team player About Our Practice Hearing Services West has proudly served patients for more than two decades, providing personalized and compassionate hearing healthcare.
