Role Description The Audiologist is a full-time, on-site role responsible for providing Compensation and Pension Exams. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting diagnostic hearing evaluations, such as pure-tone audiometry, speech audiometry, tympanometry, and acoustic reflexes. The Audiologist is expected to contribute to an extraordinary patient experience by delivering clear communication, evidence-based practice, and compassionate, respectful care. Qualifications Master's or Doctoral degree (AuD or PhD) in Audiology from an accredited institution; current or eligible licensure as an Audiologist. Demonstrated proficiency in diagnostic audiology (AC, BC, Speech, Immittance Testing, Stenger, PB Max) Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to accurate clinical documentation and adherence to regulatory and ethical standards. Comfort with using electronic health records and basic clinical technology; willingness to learn new tools and systems as needed. Commitment to delivering respectful, inclusive, and culturally sensitive care to individuals from diverse backgrounds. Strong organizational and time-management abilities to handle a steady patient caseload while maintaining high-quality care. CPR certification
