Job Description
Join ENT & Plastic Surgery Associates for a dynamic audiology externship in the greater Orlando area. We are a busy ENT practice with six locations comprised of 10 ASHA certified audiologists, 11 otolaryngologists, 2 neurotologists, and 12 APPs. As a key member of our interprofessional team, students at our site can expect a well-rounded externship where they will obtain experience in a wide variety of audiological services. The successful candidate will gain valuable experience with audiometric assessments of all ages, cochlear implants, hearing aids, bone conduction devices, tinnitus management, electrophysiology, vestibular assessments, and hearing conservation. Observation of CI surgery may be optional pending availability. Complex ear cases will be part of daily diagnosis and management as we have two neurotologists on site. In addition, we will have 8 audiologists that are Certificate Holders-Audiology Preceptor (CH-AP).
Experiences will include:
