What You'll Do Conduct comprehensive hearing evaluations with precision and efficiency Develop personalized treatment plans built around each patient's needs and lifestyle Counsel patients on current hearing aid technology and solutions Recommend, fit, and fine-tune devices to ensure strong outcomes and satisfaction Educate patients and families on hearing loss, communication strategies, and device maintenance Meet meaningful goals for changing lives in the communities we serve Collaborate with our Guest Relations Team to deliver an exceptional guest experience Lead community outreach that raises hearing-health awareness Use clinical and business data to drive continuous improvement What We're Looking For Doctor of Audiology (Au.
D.) or Master's degree in Audiology from an accredited program Current Indiana audiology license, or eligibility for timely licensure Strong diagnostic audiology and hearing aid fitting skills Exceptional communication — you can make complex ideas clear and compelling Confidence in patient counseling and solution-focused conversations Adaptability to evolving technology, plus strong analytical and problem-solving skills Collaborative, and equally comfortable working independently Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary commensurate with experience and education Performance-based incentives tied to patient outcomes and professional growth Comprehensive relocation package — moving expenses, temporary housing, and area orientation — for candidates relocating to Northwest Indiana Medical, dental, and vision coverage 401(k) with company matching State licensure fees, AAA/CCC-A membership dues covered Generous paid time off Mentorship for new graduates, leadership development for experienced clinicians Continuing education and conference support, with clear paths for advancement Work Environment Modern, well-equipped clinics with state-of-the-art audiological equipment.
