You will utilize advanced diagnostic tools and patient management software to deliver personalized solutions, ensuring optimal hearing health outcomes. Duties Conduct comprehensive audiological assessments, including specialized testing for pediatric and adult patients to diagnose hearing loss and balance issues. Manage patient cases from initial consultation through follow-up, providing tailored treatment plans and hearing solutions. Utilize EMR/EHR systems to document patient histories, test results, and treatment progress accurately and efficiently. Perform diagnostic evaluations related to otolaryngology (ear, nose, throat) conditions, ensuring precise identification of underlying issues. Educate patients and their families about hearing health, treatment options, and device maintenance to promote informed decision-making. Maintain aseptic techniques during procedures to ensure patient safety and adhere to healthcare standards. Collaborate with healthcare professionals in multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and optimize clinical outcomes. Experience Proven experience in clinical audiology or hearing instrument sales within a healthcare setting, with a focus on pediatrics preferred. Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy related to the auditory system, and medical terminology relevant to audiology and otolaryngology. Demonstrated proficiency with patient management software, Microsoft Office suite (including Excel), and computer skills essential for documentation and reporting. Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple patient appointments efficiently while maintaining high-quality service standards. Exceptional communication skills for effectively interacting with diverse patient populations, colleagues, and healthcare providers.
