Job Description

Job Summary:
The Audiologist provides comprehensive hearing and balance care to patients across the lifespan. This role focuses on hearing evaluations, diagnosis and treatment of auditory disorders, hearing aid services, patient education, and culturally competent, patient-centered care. The Audiologist will work collaboratively with medical providers and community programs to support hearing health and overall wellness.
Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive audiologic evaluations, including hearing, balance, and middle ear function Diagnose hearing loss and auditory disorders Fit, program, and maintain hearing aids and assistive listening devices Provide aural rehabilitation, counseling, and patient/family education Manage tinnitus and vestibular disorders as appropriate Interpret diagnostic results and develop individualized treatment plans Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record Educate patients on hearing health, prevention, treatment options, and communication strategies Promote early detection of hearing loss among pediatric and older adult populations Participate in community outreach, screenings, and health fairs Collaborate with tribal programs, including elder services, schools, and early childhood programs Coordinate referrals and follow-up care with primary care providers, ENT specialists, nursing, and behavioral health teams Provide culturally respectful and sensitive care
Requirements:
Doctoral Degree in Audiology (Au.

D.) Minimum of one (1) year of direct clinical experience as an Audiologist Must complete the credentialing process with the organization Must pass a pre-employment drug screen Must pass a federal background check Strong clinical, communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team Proficiency with Microsoft Office and electronic health records Strong commitment to culturally competent, patient-centered care This paid position offers an engaging environment where your expertise can directly enhance patients' well-being. Pay:
$44.00 - $50.00 per hour
