Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Clinical Audiologist to join our dynamic healthcare team. In this vital role, you will provide comprehensive audiological services, including hearing assessments, hearing aid fittings, and specialized testing, to improve patients' quality of life. Your expertise will help diagnose and manage hearing and balance disorders across diverse patient populations, from pediatrics to adults. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact through patient-centered care, utilizing advanced diagnostic tools and technology in a collaborative environment. Responsibilities Conduct thorough hearing assessments and diagnostic evaluations using specialized testing equipment to identify hearing and vestibular conditions. Perform hearing screenings for new patients and at-risk populations to facilitate early detection of auditory issues. Manage patient care by developing personalized treatment plans, including hearing aid programming, cochlear implant consultations, and vestibular rehabilitation. Utilize patient management software and EMR/EHR systems to document findings accurately, track patient progress, and coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams such as otolaryngologists. Educate patients on their diagnosis, treatment options, and proper use of hearing aids or assistive listening devices while ensuring excellent client communication. Maintain sterile techniques and adhere to aseptic protocols during procedures to ensure patient safety. Stay current with advancements in clinical audiology, anatomy knowledge, physiology, medical terminology, and specialized testing methods to provide the highest standard of care. Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Audiology from an accredited program; Doctorate (Au.

D.) preferred. Valid licensure or certification as required by local regulatory bodies for clinical audiologists. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple patients efficiently while maintaining attention to detail. Proficiency with patient management software, EMR/EHR systems, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), and computer skills essential for documentation and reporting. Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex information clearly and compassionately to diverse patient populations. Ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team while demonstrating leadership qualities when needed. Pay:
$74,195.91 - $93,622.00 per year
