The Audiologist will be responsible for evaluating, diagnosing, and treating patients with hearing, balance, and related disorders for patients of all ages. This role works closely with our ENT physicians and clinical staff to deliver high-quality patient care, from initial diagnostic testing through hearing aid fitting and ongoing patient management. We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Audiologist to join our growing clinical team and help our patients achieve better hearing health and quality of life. D.) degree from an accredited program Current state licensure in Virginia Certificate of Clinical Competence in Audiology (CCC-A) or eligibility Minimum of 4 years of clinical audiology experience Prior experience in an ENT practice setting preferred Proven experience selling or dispensing hearing aids and working with major hearing aid manufacturers Strong diagnostic, analytical, and problem-solving skills Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a patient-first approach Proficiency with audiometric and hearing aid fitting software/equipment
