We're looking for a compassionate, patient-focused Audiologist who is passionate about providing exceptional hearing healthcare and creating meaningful relationships with patients. D. graduate, you'll join a collaborative team that values clinical excellence, continued learning, and a positive work environment. What You'll Do As an Audiologist, you will: Perform comprehensive diagnostic hearing evaluations. Counsel patients and families on hearing loss and treatment options. Recommend, fit, program, and verify hearing aids using best practices. Provide hearing aid follow-up care, adjustments, troubleshooting, and repairs. Conduct hearing aid checks and ongoing patient care. Educate patients on hearing health and hearing technology. Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records. Collaborate with physicians, referral sources, and clinic staff to deliver outstanding patient care. Stay current on advancements in hearing healthcare and technology.
Tinnitus Evaluations and Management What We're Looking For Required Qualifications:
Doctor of Audiology (Au.
D.) degree from an accredited program. Current Washington State Audiology license (or ability to obtain prior to start date). Excellent communication and patient counseling skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Passion for delivering exceptional patient experiences.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience fitting and programming hearing aids. Experience with real-ear verification and best practice protocols. Experience with tinnitus management is a plus.
