Job Description

We are currently searching for a Doctor of Audiology/Audiologist to join our team! This position is located in our Hudson office, and is a full-time salaried position. About the Position As a Provider at Amdahl Hearing, you will be supported by a staff of professionals, have access to the latest technology, and work in a comfortable, career-driven environment. This position is located within a practice that has many years of experience in the industry, and has developed a strong database and loyal following of satisfied patients based on outstanding customer service and exemplary patient care. This position includes both clinical audiology and hearing aid dispensing; serving a diverse patient population ranging from infants to adults. Benefits of the Position Autonomy of a private practice Competitive salary Performance-based bonus Benefits Coverage for Licensure Expenses Coordination of CEU's w/ Manufacturers Malpractice Insurance All equipment, computers, supplies, and devices necessary to perform tasks Responsibilities Conduct patient diagnostics by administering hearing evaluations, gathering pertinent medical history, and performing a thorough examination (done on both adult and pediatric patients). Make recommendations to clients based on their needs, lifestyle, and budget. Maintain and repair devices from a variety of manufacturers. Establish rapport and create professional relationships with patients to create repeat and referral business. Fit clients with devices that best suit their needs and verify the fit via Real Ear measures. Track and enter sales Maintain a clean and professional work environment Be committed to excellent follow-up care to patients and their devices. Fit clients with devices that best suit their needs. Qualifications The ideal candidate must possess: Excellent customer service and communication (spoken and written) skills Ability to adapt, problem solve, and overcome objections Commitment to continued education Ability to drive the business to meet and exceed sales expectations Understanding and commitment to providing outstanding patient care and superior customer service, as well as always maintaining integrity, honesty, and respect for both our patients and staff members Must be comfortable with the sales process and being accountable for sales goals Ability to work independently Experience with diagnostic testing and dispensing required Licensure Must have Master's or Doctorate in Audiology degree as required by the state of Wisconsin Eligible for or Valid Hearing Instrument Dispensing Licensure (in good standing) in the state of Wisconsin is required Eligible for or Valid Audiology Licensure (in good standing) in the state of
