Job Description

School Behavior Coach Interventionist role provides behavioral support to students in a school setting for a 30-week contract in Surprise, AZ. The position offers competitive pay and benefits, and allows the coach to make a meaningful impact on student behavior and learning.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide behavioral interventions and support to students in a school setting. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to develop and implement behavioral plans. Conduct assessments and gather data on student progress. Assist in managing classroom behavior and supporting students with diverse needs. Maintain safety and consistency in the execution of intervention strategies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Behavioral Science, or Applied Behavior Analysis. Non-Violent Crisis Intervention (NCI) certification. Valid driver's license. Arizona Identity Verified Prints (IVP) Fingerprint Clearance Card. Social Security Card. Minimum 1 year of relevant experience. Experience working in school settings with behavioral support or intervention. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Clean background check. Patience, empathy, and teamwork abilities. Punctuality and reliability.

Qualifications:
