Job Description

About us Existing ABA company in Los Angeles county expanding into Inland Empire.
Duties:
  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities
  • Provide direct behavioral therapy services to children and adults with autism and other developmental disabilities
  • Implement evidence-based interventions and strategies to address behavioral challenges and promote skill development
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure consistency and generalization of skills across settings
  • Monitor progress through ongoing data collection and analysis
  • Provide training and support to parents, caregivers, and other team members on behavior management techniques
Requirements:
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • Experience working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities
  • Knowledge of special education laws and regulations
  • Strong understanding of behavioral principles and strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Proficient in data collection and analysis techniques As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities.
