Job Description

Inclusive Education and Community Partnership (IECP) is an established and respected partner to school districts, families and communities having provided quality services to thousands of individuals with autism and other disabilities. IECP is 100% employee-owned, giving each of our employees opportunities to financially benefit from IECP's success. IECP has part-time behavior intervention specialist positions available in our programs throughout Mendocino County, CA, with the potential to grow to full time. We are currently looking for qualified staff in Fort Bragg, Point Arena, Ukiah, Willits, Boonville, Hopland and other surrounding areas. Responsibilities include working with children with disabilities in homes, after school programs, summer camps, preschools and other inclusive settings to develop skills and provide behavior intervention. Other responsibilities include collaborating with supervisors and other staff, implementing behavioral support plans, collecting and analyzing data, administering formal assessments, monitoring client progress and evaluating program effectiveness under the supervision of Master's level Program Supervisor or BCBA. Initial and ongoing training is provided. Eligible staff receive annual raises. Ideal staff have obtained a Bachelor's degree in a related field and have at least 1 year of experience working with individuals with disabilities in a related capacity. People with backgrounds in education, psychology, early education, and social work encouraged to apply.
Job requirements include:
Bachelor's degree required in fields such as social work, psychology, education, early childhood development, or applied behavior analysis. One year experience working in some capacity with individuals with disabilities or children in an inclusive setting. Preferred, but not required qualifications include: Knowledge and experience in Positive Behavioral Support, ABA, Autism Spectrum Disorders, and instructional methodologies. Bilingual Spanish Other requirements of this position include Live Scan Fingerprint Clearance (Criminal Background Check) TB screening Reliable transportation
Pay:
$35.00 - $40.00 per hour
