25 hours/week (Direct + Indirect work). Hope For Ohana is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for conducting initial assessments, reassessments, developing treatment plans, developing individualized skill acquisition and behavior intervention goals, conducting 1:1 direct therapy with clients, collecting data, and training caregivers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct behavior analytic services to clients, including behavior reduction and skill acquisition programs.
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior intervention plans
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure effective implementation of skill acquisition goals and behavior intervention plans.
  • Monitor client progress and make data-driven decisions to adjust intervention strategies as needed.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment plans.
Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
  • Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a BCBA.
  • Experience conducting functional behavior assessments and developing behavior intervention plans.
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Additional Information:

Starting compensation will range $76

  • 85/hour based on experience.
